                        can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust

8

eggs, scrambled

8

slices bacon, crisply cooked

8

tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Preparation

Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or spray cookie sheet.

Unroll pizza crust on work surface. Cut into 8 rectangles. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes.

Divide scrambled eggs among rectangles. Crumble 1 slice bacon on top of eggs on each. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

Bake about 15 minutes or until crust is light brown. Enjoy!
