Ingredients

1 slice French bread

1 egg

¼ C. milk

2/3 C. grated cheese

Preparation

Grease a small custard cup and fit the Bread into the bottom, trimming to fit.

Whisk together the milk and egg, adding

Desired herbs or seasoning. Pour over the Bread and top with the cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

 Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
