Hungarian Cauliflower Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1 head Cauliflower 8 Cups water or chicken/vegetable broth 1 Tbsp Flour 2 Tbsp Butter or oil 1/4 teaspoon paprika 2 Tbsp Chopped parsley salt & white pepper to taste 1 cup sour cream (optional) Preparation Break cauliflower into sections removing tough fibers.
