Humous Recipe
Ingredients Base: 400g can of chick peas 60ml (4 Tbls) tahini 60-90ml (4-6 Tbls) chick pea water from can 90ml (6 Tbls) lemon juice (2 lemons) 4 cloves garlic, crushed Optional: 1 tsp cumin Topping: 30ml (2 Tbls) olive oil Paprika Preparation Mix all base ingredients in blender to desired consistency.
