Horseradish Cream Recipe
Ingredients 5 to 6 tablespoons grated or chopped horseradish 3 to 4 tablespoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons finely minced white onion 1/2 sour cream 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (optional) Preparation Puree the horseradish with the vinegar in a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add the sour cream, heavy cream, salt and pepper and optional dill and stir until blended, Makes 2 cups
