Ingredients 6 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds 1/2 cups flax 1/3 cups wheat germ 1/2 cups coconut *most ingredients are optional 1/2 cups honey 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup canola oil/melted butter Preparation Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
