Grilled Vegis Recipe
Ingredients carrots zuccini squash mushrooms brussel sprouts green & red peppers onions & scallions Preparation chop in large chunks, carrots, zuccini, yellow squash, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, onions, scallions, green & red peppers. Place in plastic bag with roasted red pepper salad dressing and marinade for at least 2 hours. Make yellow saffron rice, grill vegis for about 10-15 minutes, service over rice. Garnish with fresh parsley and/or basil.
